Taylor was so excited to get to go to school today! She loved the new clothes that grandma Ferris got her for her special day and couldn't wait to leave for school.
The full outfit...her pink shirt, pants, heart shoes,and don't forget her Ariel backpack...

Taylor told me that I had to stay home with Kadie and that she was going to walk to school by herself. (Despite the fact that it is at LEAST a mile from our home.) I convinced her that I would drive her there and then take Kadie home. When she got to school she jumped right in and started playing with the water table and then quickly switched to the clay station. I'm so excited for her to have this outlet for her energy and her love of interacting with others. Poor Kadie wanted to join in the fun and had a hard time understanding that we were leaving Taylor there.

What a wonderful day for Taylor. Her new clothes look great and her little pink shoes are adorable. I can't believe our kids are old enough to be in school!! I hope you got in some quality rest while she was at school!
